Asahi Japan cooperates with VietFarm to organize a clean food market from farm to table.

With the goal of contributing to the development of green communities, Asahi Japan cooperates with VietFarm to organize periodic clean food markets at Asahi Japan’s projects.

The great meaning of clean farmers’ markets

Unsafe food has been and is a burning problem today. To solve the problem of society and grasp the needs and desires of consumers, Asahi Japan has cooperated with VietFarm to organize fairs to provide clean food right at apartment projects, helping to connect consumers, used with manufacturers, and bringing convenience as well as an enjoyable experience to residents at the project.

Cho Phien brings great value and meaning to consumers, is a way for consumers to access agricultural products of clean and safe quality, recognizing the origin of the producer.

Cho Phien is organized to connect producers and consumers of products according to VietFarm standards.

Farmers and ranchers have the opportunity to showcase their products and sell directly to consumers.

Cho Phien can increase understanding and build trust between producers and consumers through clean-quality-sustainable food products according to VietFarm standards.

Through the activities of the Safe Farmers Market, the organizers want to promote the promotion of regional agricultural specialties and exchange images of ethnic culture of regions across the country.

Asahi Japan and VietFarm brought clean food to the dining table of building residents.

As a major organizer of clean farmers’ markets, Asahi Japan is committed to accompanying Viet Farm to bring useful, professionally organized markets, not only helping residents access and choose the cleanest and most organic agricultural products, but also providing a comfortable and convenient shopping experience for residents and visitors to the market.

It is expected that the markets will be held at The Eco Lake View – 32 Dai Tu starting from 11:00 to 19:00 on Saturday and 8:00 to 14:00 every Sunday on December 26 and 27. 2020 ; 02,03,09,10,16,17/01/2021.

The market will include 10-20 stalls divided into two subdivisions of agricultural products and food and a food court with a variety of items such as agricultural products, seasonal fruits and regional specialties, vegetables, safely produced tubers and fruits, processed packaged foods (meat, milk, packaged dry food), food and cuisine prepared on the spot.

A special feature is that all food products and manufacturers have been inspected by the VietFarm standard system and meet the criteria of quality, traceability, food safety and environmental friendliness.

In order to bring maximum comfort to residents, VietFarm will sign a cooperation contract with the Building Management Board to take care of and provide Clean Food Package service for residents.

After the fairs, consumers can order products directly through the VietFarm to Table Network system (on the Apps system) or Asahi Care operated by the Asahi Building Management Board.
