From 11 to 16 October 2018, VietFarm Training and Technology Transfer Center run by Center for Integration and Integration held a training course on Indigenous Cooking for Ethnic Minority Young People in Son La province .
The objective of the training course is to provide skills in indigenous cooking using organic garden ingredients. This training encourages ethnic minority young to have new jobs, increase their incomes and improve their livelihoods. In addition, students learn to cook some ethnic dishes and use local ingredients to cook the dishes and learn how to make drinks.
